Boomer!

Sooner should be what is buzzing through your head as you read this- lol. I am thankful for Sooner football! It is something my DH & I enjoy together whether we are in Norman (once a year when we are lucky) or at home watching from the comfort and warmth of our Sooner Room. Tonight we will watch the Bedlam Bowl cheering almost as enthusiastically as if we were in the stands, again. Go big Red!!!

Black Friday

I got up at 4:15 to go shopping and actually enjoyed myself once the early crowd thinned out. I got most of my shopping done today so I guess I am thankful for all the employees that also had to get up early so that I culd have some fun today!

Thankfulness

I am thankful today that all those indians and pilgrims settled into a great feast together so that we could have this great country to live in and a day to feast and remember all the blessings that we have, especially family and friends.
I wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving and may blessings be bountiful!

What is it? 13 rounds in a boxing match? Well, I am not sure what round I am in but I am coming out fighting like a girl and ready to kick cancer's ass!

In resonse to my sister's post: EEEEWWWWWWWWWWWW! Got home late, but needed some fresh air. Opened windows...a skunk just blessed us with HIS version!
I am thankful that it wasn't MY windows-lol

Brrrrrr

I am thankful for sweatshirt jackets today! I NEVER seem to be cold and I was cold on & off all day today- My friends at work gave me some awfully strange looks. I even had on shoes & socks; no sandals today. Oh well, I am home now and plan on some nice warm jammies and big thick socks! Oh yea, THEN I will be happy!
